The Council of Media Ethics awarded Vidi Vaka’s team with the prize for the best journalistic story for their documentary "Pickers". Vidi Vaka won the third place award in the competition for best journalistic stories in the area of social life, with a particular focus on the promotion of human rights and promotion of the rights of the socially vulnerable and marginalized groups.

The team of Vidi Vaka received the award "Messenger of the Invisible" for the documentary titled "Pickers". This award came as a gratitude to the journalists writing on social issues connected with poverty and social exclusion, giving voice to the people that rarely have the opportunity to speak about the problems publicly and are almost socially invisible.

Where Art meets Advocacy: Youth from 10 Balkan countries learn the power of art.

From comic strips, data visualization graffiti and stencils to hip hop and protest poetry, they learnt how to use different art techniques during the Art for Advocacy training which took place in Ohrid, Macedonia from 22-29 June 2016.
